建立了复方葛根合剂中桂皮醛、芍药甙和甘草次酸的薄层色谱鉴别方法,考察了展开系统、样品的分离纯化方法、展开温度等因素对薄层色谱鉴别的影响情况,研究了制剂的薄层色谱行为,为复方葛根合剂的质量控制提供了有效的检测手段。

A separation and identification method of compound Gegen mixture by TLC was established. The effects of the mobile phase, the separation of sample and temperature on the retention behavior of the detected components were investigated. The quality of compound Gegen mixture may be effectively controlled by the provided TLC.
