不同播种期下甜高粱秸秆SS、SPS酶活性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】以新高粱3号(XT-2)和新高粱9号(T601)为研究对象,分析不同播期甜高粱不同生育阶段茎秆SS和SPS酶活性的变化规律及相关性。【方法】在5个不同播期条件下进行了蔗糖和酶活性测定试验。【结果】茎秆的蔗糖含量随着生育期不断升高,成熟期达到最高值。不同品种和不同播期秸秆蔗糖含量有差异,新高粱3号第二播期的蔗糖含量最高,高达7.66%,第五播期最低,仅为1.87%。对于新高粱9号来说第三播期蔗糖含量最高,达9.17%,第二播期最低,仅为6.19%。不同播期和不同品种之间秸秆蔗糖含量与SS、SPS酶活性的相关趋势有差异。除新高粱3号第一播期、第三播期的蔗糖含量与SS酶活性呈极显著相关外,其余播期的蔗糖含量与SS酶活性均呈相关性不显著。不同播期下秸秆蔗糖含量与SPS酶活性均呈相关不显著。【结论】早播时新高粱3号蔗糖含量比较高,晚播时新高粱9号蔗糖含量高。因此新疆,尤其是在北疆新高粱3号糖分积累的最适播期为5月初旬,新高粱9号最适播期为5月中旬。 [ Objective ] The sucrose contents and enzyme activity in the culms of two sweet sorghum varieties, XINGAOLIANG No. 3 (XT -2) and XINGAOLIANG No. 9 (T601), sowed on different dates were tested to analyze the changing regulation of enzyme activity of stalk SS and SPS at different growing stages and on different sowing dates. [ Result ] The sucrose in culms increased by growing time, and got the maximum value at the full ripening stage. The sucrose in different varieties and in stalks of different sowing dates varied. The sucrose of XT -2 on 2nd sowing date was the highest, it was 7.66%, lowest in 5th sowing date, it was 1.87%. The sucrose of T601 on 3rd sowing date was the highest, it was 9.17%, lowest on 2nd sowing date, it was 6.19%. The correlations between sucrose and SS, SPS enzyme activities were different for varieties on sowing dates. The sucrose of XT -2 was extremely correlated with SS enzymes on 1 st and 3rd sowing dates, but correlation with varieties on other sowing dates was not obvious. The SPS enzymes'correlation with the sucrose of varieties on different sowing dates was not significant either. [ Conclusion] There were higher sucrose contents in the culms of sweet sorghum XT - 2 which were sowed earlier and also higher contents in the culms of sweet sorghum T601 that were sowed later. So the early May for XT - 2 and middle May for T601 are proper dates in Xinjiang, especially in Northern Xinjiang for their sugar accumulation.
