RP-HPLC法测定桑姜感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Sangjiangganmao Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的：测定桑姜感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法：采用Agela XBP-C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸（9∶91）为流动相,检测波长327 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果：绿原酸进样量在0.02~0.25μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.67%（n=6）。结论：本方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为桑姜感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Sangjiangganmao capsules. Methods： An Agela XBP-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was applied,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric（9：91）,the detection wavelength was 327 nm with the flow rate of 0.1mL/min.Results： There was a good linear relationship in the chlorogenic acid concentration range of 0.02-0.25 μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 99.5%,RSD=0.67%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method was with good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity,which can be used in the quality control of Sangjiangganmao capsules.
