摘要
本文用FTIR研究了铝酸酯偶联剂对滑石填料的活化作用 ,探讨活化滑石填充ABS复合体系的成型收缩率、流变性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明 :滑石粉经铝酸酯偶联剂处理 ,改善了其在复合材料中的分散性、流变性能 ;冲击强度提高了 13 .8% ,同时填充体系的成型收缩率较ABS下降了 2 5%。用作激光快速成型用制造材料 。
This paper studies the activation of coupling agent of aluminium to the talc by FTIR.The effect of activated talc on shrinkage rate,rhelogical behavior and mechanical properties of ABS composites are discussed.The results show that the state of tale in ABS and the rhelogical behavior of composites are improved by adding the coupling agent of aluminium.The shrinkage rate is decreased by 25% and the izod impact strength of the composite is increased by 13.8%.Which is demonstrated by examining the broken surface of specimen with SEM.The ABS/activated talc composite is successfully applied to the rapid phototyping manufacturing technology,and a higher quality product of concept modeling is received.
