BV Blue快速检测细菌性阴道病的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF BV BLUE TESTING FOR BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS

目的探讨BV Blue快速检测细菌性阴道病的临床应用价值。方法对270例患者的阴道分泌物分别进行BV Blue检测和Amesl法检测,比较两者的阳性率,以验证BV Blue检测的有效性。结果BV Blue的阳性率为21.5%,Amesl法的阳性率为19.6%,两者比较无统计学差异(2=1.08,p>0.05)。BVBlue检测方法的敏感性(96.2%)和特异性(96.8%)均较高。结论 BV Blue检测与Amesl法相比,简便有效,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical value of BV Blue testing for bacterial vaginosis. Methods BV Blue testing and Amesl testing were applied to the vaginal secretions of 270 patients. The sensibility and specificity of BV Blue testing were all satisfied, 96. 2% and 96. 8% respectively. Conclusion Compared to Amesl testing, BV Blue testing is rapid and simple, and is suitable for clinical application.
