摘要
铋层状结构无铅压电陶瓷因其居里温度高、介电常数低等特征受到广泛研究,其适合应用于高温、高频领域.本文介绍了铋层状压电材料的结构特点和分类,综述了近期国内外有关铋层状无铅压电陶瓷在制备技术和掺杂改性方面的研究进展.
Due to the high Curie Temperature and low dielectric constant,bismuth layer structure lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have received great attention.There are extensive applications on high temperature and high frequency fields.This paper introduced the structure and characteristics of bismuth layer structure piezoelectric ceramics.Investigations on the modification of bismuth layer structure materials were summarized.
