Game Models of University Library Knowledge Alliance Based on the Degree of Knowledge Contribution

知识服务能力是高校图书馆开展知识服务的基础,知识联盟是高校图书馆提高服务能力的最佳途径.通过高校图书馆知识联盟的构建,论述高校图书馆知识联盟的目的就是为共享信息资源、促进信息流动和创造新信息,形成各种契约而结成优势互补、风险共担的信息联合体.从选择合适的组织合作对象,创新知识联盟的组织制度,建立合作者之间的相互信任的角度,为高校图书馆未来的发展管理战略,提供理论分析框架.

Knowledge service capacity is the basis of service for a university library,and knowledge alliance is the best way to improve its service capabilities.In this paper,via modeling for university library knowledge alliance,it discusses that the purpose of university library knowledge alliance is to share information and resources,accelerate the flow of information and the creation of new information,form various sequentially information consortium with advantage complementary and risk-sharing.From the aspects of selecting suitable collaborating objects,innovating the organization system of knowledge alliance and establishing mutual trust between the partners,it provides a theoretical analysis framework for the future development and management of university library.
