摘要
两次反应法生产硫酸钾是先用硫酸铵与氯化钾转化反应制得硫酸钾铵,母液蒸发去水得N、K复合肥。然后将硫酸钾铵与氯化钾溶液进行第二次转化反应,制得硫酸钾产品,其母液循环参与第一次转化反应。本法所得硫酸钾含K_2O≥50%,Cl≤1.5%,钾收率达到80%。整个工艺全封闭生产,无污染。
Two - steps method for the preparation of potassium sulfate was introduced. First, ammonium sulfate reacted with potassium chloride to form ammonium - potassium sulfate, the resulting mother liquor was evaporated to get N. K compound fertilizer, then ammonium -potassium sulfate reacted with potassium chloride to obtain potassium sulfate, the resulting mother liquor was recycled to the last step. The K2O content in the product is more than 50% and chlorine content less than 1.5%, the yield of potassium can reach 80 % . The process is carried out in close course and there is no pollution caused.
