Quickly Test Method to Detect β-lactamase in Raw and Fresh Milk

[目的]为快速、准确检测出生鲜牛乳中β-内酰胺酶,保证牛奶卫生安全。[方法]采用Snap法(酶联免疫法)检测生鲜牛乳中β-内酰胺酶,对新疆巴州辖区内17个奶站进行抽样检测。[结果]17份样品结果全部为阴性。[结论]对巴州辖区内17个奶站的生鲜牛乳进行了抽样检测β-内酰胺酶项目,17份样品结果全部为阴性,合格数17份,合格率为100%。

[Objective]Using rapid, accurate methods to detect β-lactamase in fresh milk so as to ensure milk healthy and safety. [Methods]Snap assay （ELISA） was taken as rapid detection method for β-lacta- mases in fresh milk. [Results]We took 17 milk samples from 17 milk stations in Bazhou area, Xinjiang to test β-lactamase in raw milk. All the samples were negative. Analysis of influencing factors has been made for using Snap assay for rapid detection of β-lactamase in fresh milk. [Conclusion]The 17 raw milk samples were all negative, and the qualification rate reached 100%, which showed that β-lactamase had not been detected in the 17 fresh milk station in Bazhou area.
