清水县草产业现状、问题与对策

Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Grass Industry in Qingshui County

文章通过分析清水县天然草原、人工种草、农作物秸秆利用和牧草生产加工现状,指出清水草产业存诸多问题,例如:牧草良种化低、品种单一,运输困难、加工技术落后,未形成完整的产业链、市场混乱等。同时为推动清水县草产业可持续发展,提出以下对策:一是要引进良种、发展一体化产业,二是要培育龙头企业、带动草产业升级,三是要健全草产业长效机制、积极试探草产业发展新模式。

Many problems existed in grass indust artificially growing grass, , crop straw utilization an ry d of Qingshui county by analyzing natural grassland, current situation of forage production and process, such as low entire hectareage grass, onefold breed, difficult to transport, and backward processing tech- nology, no complete industrial chain and market confusion. At the same time, in order to promote sustain- able development of grass industry in Qingshui county, the following measures were put forward. Firstly, introducing new varieties and developing integration industry. Secondly, cultivating leading enterprises to drive the upgrade of grass industry. Thirdly, establishing long term mechanism and positively exploring the new development mode of grass industry.
