摘要
深层过饱和盐水层是一种以产出高含盐液为特征的产层,大多分布于5000m以上的高温高压深层勘探井。由于该类井产出液特殊,在测试开井流动过程中,随着压力与温度的降低,大量的盐类在测试管柱内结晶析出,导致测试管柱堵塞而测试失败。针对该类井的特征,通过大量的地面试验,研究开发了循环解堵式测试管柱与工艺技术,经现场试验应用效果良好。
Deep and oversaturated saline layers,featured byp roducing high-salinity fluid,are mostly found in some deep exploration wells with HT/HP and over 5000 m of burial depth.Due tot he produced fluid,during well-opening flow testing,much saltc rystallizes within pipe string along with the decrease of both pressure and temperature,resulting in salt plugging and test failure.A iming at the properties of such wells,based on ground tests,this study develops a technology of cyclic plug-removal testing string.Its field application shows that it can solve the problems of salt plugging and testing synchronization.
