摘要
随着苏里格气田的滚动开发,气井生产年限不断延长,地层能量持续降低,低产低效气井逐年增多,气井自身携液能力不断降低,井筒积液现象较为普遍。为了确保气井正常生产,挖潜气井产能,苏里格气田于2010年首次引进井下涡流排水采气工艺技术并开展现场试验。对井下涡流技术的应用背景、技术原理、涡流工具结构、工艺参数设计、应用效果评价等方面进行了介绍,阐述了井下涡流工艺的技术优势。
With the progressive development of Sulige gasfield,the productive life of gas wells prolongs and the formation energy reduces continuously.As a result,low-yield and inefficientw ells increase year on year;liquid-carrying capability slows downc onstantly;and liquid loading in wellbore generally occurs.To ensure daily production and tap potential,a technology of drainageg as recovery by downhole eddy current was used for the gasfield in 2010.Meanwhile,field experiment was carried out.This paper also presents its application background,principle,eddy tool’s structure,and parameter design and effect evaluation.
