摘要
针对某净化厂的两套尾气烟囱及塔架位于工厂的高填方区,在利用传统的扳转法和推举法都不适用的情况,采用多台吊车整体抬吊倒装工艺法进行吊装。分别对塔架和尾气烟囱的主要构件进行受力分析和计算校核,并现场实施了塔架及尾气烟囱的吊装。结果烟囱的塔架仅用了20分钟就完成了整体吊装,100m高的尾气烟囱筒体从起吊到完成组焊也仅用了5天时间,塔架吊装速度创造了同类塔架吊装纪录。
There are two sets of tail-gas chimneys and towersp laced at a high fill area in a purification plant.However,some traditional turning and pushing methods are not suitable to liftingt hem.Only many cranes can be used wholly to implement the lifting process.In this study,the main component of both chimneya nd tower is not only analyzed by force but also calibrated by calculation;and then the lifting is fulfilled in situ.As a result,thisw hole lifting was finished within 20 minutes;and only 5 days wass pent to complete the full process from starting lifting tail-gasc himney with 100 meters high to assembly welding.These achievements create a lifting.
