Earthing and Neutral Earthing of the Low-voltage Power Distribution System,and Note-worthy Problems

随着我国国民经济迅猛发展,用电安全,尤其是低压配电系统的安全措施必须完善。介绍几种接地接零措施的原理,接地制式和保护接零中应注意的问题,根据电气施工中经常出现一些不安全的做法,强调设备的工作零线N和外壳保护线PE必须分开,即要求N线和PE线在总开关前处才接在一起,民用电气施工中也要把N线和PE线分开,确保用电安全。

With the high-speed development of Chinese national economy, safety measures for electricity use, especially those for the low-voltage power distribution system,must be perfected. The author states principles of several kinds of earthing and neutral earthing measures, earthing modes, and note-worthy problems in protective neutral earthing. Considering some unsafe practice frequently occurring in electrical construction, the author emphasizes that the work neutral line N and the enclosure protection line PE of equipment must be separate,i.e.N and PE can be connected only just before the master switch. In civil electrical construction,N and PE must also be separate in order to ensure safety of electricity use.
