摘要
液货舱晃荡是一种复杂的流体运动现象。对于小型LNG运输船的C型独立液货舱难以采用常规的简化公式和二维流体计算来评估。因此,有必要采用三维计算流体力学对该类型LNG液货舱进行晃荡载荷的分析。水动力计算软件和计算流体力学软件的发展和成熟为这种直接计算方法提供了可能。对16000m3 LNG船进行的三维晃荡载荷分析证明了该计算方法在工程上是可行的。
Sloshing is a complicated fluid phenomenon. For small scale LNG carrier, the cargo containment is usually Type C independent tanks. The simplified formula and 2-dimension fluid simulation can' t evaluate the sloshing load properly for such kind of tanks. Consequently, using 3-dimension fluid simulation to assess the sloshing load is necessary. The development of tools for computational fluid dynamics makes this assessment possible. The assessment for a 16 000 m3 LNG carrier demonstrates the 3-dimension assessment is practicable.
