摘要
首部结构和桩架结构是打桩船结构设计中的重点环节,主要的外载荷都集中作用在这些结构上。通过对这个区域结构进行有限元分析后发现,由于规范对于所施加的载荷有着严格的要求,被考察区域的结构均出现了较高的应力水平。为了满足强度要求,桩架结构中的一些杆件的材质,由高强度钢材来替换原设计中的普通钢。而主船体中高应力水平的结构构件已事先在设计中作了适当加强。在设计初期就把有限元分析应用到结构设计中,不但能验证设计,而且可以指导并优化设计工作。
The fore-part structure and the pile driver structure were the important parts of the structure design of a pile driving barge. Most of the external loads will act on these structures. The finite element analysis was performed for the structures to analyze the strength. Because of the strict request about the loads in the rules, the high stress area appeared in the checked area. In order to meet the strength request,the material of some members in the pile driver structure was replaced to high strength steel from normal strength steel. And the high stress area appeared in the hull structures had been strengthened beforehand. Obviously, carrying out finite element analysis during the early phase of design could not only validate the design but also guide and optimize the design.
