我国汽车零部件产业的发展策略分析

摘要 全球采购、系统化设计、模块化供货方式在世界汽车零部件产业正逐渐兴起。我国“弱、小、低、散”的汽车零部件产业面临技术升级和市场竞争的双重压力,为了增强竞争力,零部件产业应加快行业内部整合。形成行业核心企业;适应新规则、新变化,推进企业信息化和标准化体系建设;与整车厂建立战略联盟;采用模块化供货方式;调整零部件的产业结构,适应国际化发展的需求。 Global sourcing, system design and modular supply mode are gradually emerging in the world auto parts industry. In China, the auto parts industry whose characteristic is weak, small, low and scattered, is facing the dual pressure of technology upgrading and market competition. In order to enhance their competitiveness, the parts industry should accelerate industry internal integration, the formation of the industrial core business, adapting to the new rules, new change and promote the construction of enterprise information and standardization system; to establish strategic alliances with OEMs, use the modular supply mode and adjust the component of parts industrial structure to adapt to the needs of international development.
