在以培养和谐人格、全面发展的技能型人才为教育目标的视角下，创新高职恩政课教学方法的路径可以概括为：一突破，二深入，三借鉴。即：作为教学主导的教师要突破狭隘的课程教学目标认识，从培养“人”的角度着眼教学方法的选择；深入了解学生的实际情况并深入探究学生的心理活动；有意识地借鉴心理咨询师的心理咨询实践，借鉴职业指导师的职业指导实践，实现对学生进行有针对性的思想指导和成长帮助。

With the purpose of cultivating a harmonious personality, the all - round skilled personnel, in Vocational Ideology and Moral class, the way to innovative teaching methods can be summarized as follows： learn from a new concept in depth. Namely： as a guide in classroom, the teachers should break through the narrow understanding of curriculum teaching goal, focus on the choice of teaching methods from the perspective of training ＂people＂, understand students actual circumstances and explore students mental activities in depth, learn consciously from counselors to counseling practice and borrowing from division of vocational guidance practice in order to achieve the helping of targeted ideological guidance and students growth .
