A Study on Multi-cultural Services of Libraries in Colleges and Universities

阐述多元文化的概念,分析图书馆与多元文化服务的关系,提出高校图书馆实现优质多元文化服务的措施,首先要建立合理的指导方针,并制定相应的服务制度;其次要改善图书馆的基础设施和馆藏,优化多元文化服务的馆员队伍;第三要增加文化交流。

Based on the elaboration of the concept of the multi-culture and the analysis of the relation between librar- ies and multi-cultural services, this essay provides relevant measures for libraries in colleges and universities to real- ize high-quality multi-cultural services such as establishing reasonable guidelines and relevant service systems, im- proving the infrastructure construction and collections of the libraries, optimizing the multi-cultural service level of the librarian staffs, and increasing cultural exchanges.
