摘要
依据高职院校后勤管理的现状,分析后勤员工队伍的特点,提出创建后勤管理激励机制的八种方法。构建科学合理的高职院校后勤管理激励机制,充分调动员工工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,提升服务水平和服务质量。
Based on the current situation of logistics management in vocational colleges, this essay analyzes the fea- tures of the logistics staff and puts forward eight ways of establishing the incentive mechanism for logistics manage- ment. A scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism will arouse the positivity, initiative and creativity of the logis- tics staff as well as improving the level and quality of the logistics service.
