50例阴式子宫切除术的临床分析

50cases of vaginal hysterectomy clinical analysis

目的比较阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术的临床效果。方法选择2008年1月至2009年12月在我院因各种子宫良性病变而行子宫切除术患者100例作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序随机分为阴式组50例和开腹组50例。结果与腹式组比较,阴式组的手术时间短、术中出血少、肠功能恢复快、住院时间短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阴道子宫切除术体现微创观念,是值得推广的术式。

Objective comparison of vaginal hysterectomy and open hysterectomy clinical effect.Methods from January 2008 to December 2009 in our hospital because of all sorts of uterine benign lesions and hysterectomy patients 100 cases as the research object,according to the sequence of admission were randomly divided into Yin type group 50 cases and the open group in 50 cases.Results compared with abdominal,vaginal hysterectomy group short operation time,less bleeding,intestinal function recovery,shorter hospital stay,the two groups had significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion vaginal hysterectomy embodiment of minimally invasive concept,is worth promoting operation.
