裂解气压缩机驱动用汽轮机第4级事故动叶片的改型设计

摘要 针对某化工动力透平的事故叶片在事故分析的基础上进行改型设计。改型设计中针对叶片、轮缘的结构特点,提出了多种行之有效的改型措施,并在常规强度计算对方案进行选择的基础上,通过有限无法获得结构簿弱环节的详细应力资料,有效保证了新设计叶片的安全性。实际运行结果表明,改型后的叶片运行是安全的。 A retrofit design of the damaged impeller in a dynamic tur-bine was made based on the analysis of the accident. Many effi-cient methods were proposed for the strueture charateristics ofthe impellers and the wheel rims in the retrofit design, the de-tailed stress data at the weak peints of the structare were obtainedthrough the finite element method based on the plan selection ofthe normal strength calculation, and the safety of the newly-de-signed impellers was efficiently guaranteed. The actual operationshows that the newly-designed impellers were safe.
