民营经济又好又快发展的经验与战略思考——扬州江都区的经验研究

The Experience and Strategic Thinking of the Good and Rapid Development of Private Economy——Research on the Experience of Jiangdu District in Yangzhou

民营经济是支撑扬州江都经济增长的重要载体,江都民营经济的发展形成了独特的成功经验,但目前发展环境仍不够宽松、企业融资困难、管理水平较低、产品档次低等因素正制约着民营经济的发展,今后的发展战略应该是培植龙头企业、加强人才建设、激发民企发展活力等。

The private economy is an important carrier to support the economic growth of Jiangdu District in Yangzhou. The development of the non-state economy in Jiangdu District has become the distinct successful experience. However, such factors as lack of relaxed development environment, difficulty in company-finan- cing, low management level and lower quality products are restricting the development of private economy. The authors suggest that we should cultivate the leading enterprises, strengthen talents construction and stimu- late the development vitality of private corporations.
