摘要
当前,中小学教师已从传统评价中的低压力群体变成了被人们普遍关注的高压力群体。应对教师压力必须有针对性,本研究通过对酉阳县、黔江区、涪陵区的城市和农村中小学教师的调查发现,引起他们的压力因素有类似也有区别。相同的如工资待遇、生活条件等,不同的如社会地位、同行竞争等。从学校的角度而言,管理者首先应该充分认识到不同类型教师的职业压力不同,应尽可能采取有针对性的具体措施,减轻教师压力。从社会角度而言,应客观理性地认识教师这一职业。从教师个人角度而言,每个教师都应充分把握自己的职业特点,靠自己的内在力量进行自我调节。
Currently,primary and secondary school teachers have changed from traditionally low-pressuredgroup to universally concerned high-pressured group.Stresses on the teachers should be dealt with pertinently.Based on the investigation of primary and secondary school teachers in both cities and the countryside in YouyangCounty,Qianjiang District and Fuling District,the writer of this article finds that the factors which lead to theirstresses have both similarities(such as salary and living conditions) and dissimilarities(such as social statuses andpeer competitions).School administrators should fully realize that different types of teachers are under differentstresses and should try to take pertinent specific measures to relieve their stresses.The society should treat theteaching profession objectively and rationally.And each teacher should full understand the characteristics of his orher profession,and adjust himself/herself through their internal force.
