久远、蔓延、内涵:使命理性推动下的师范生顶岗实习

我国师范生顶岗实习工作已经取得了骄人的成绩,但还需要在更新的理念下,进一步推进与深化该项工作。从历史使命出发,提升认识水平,改变工作态度,可推动顶岗实习工作可持续发展;从社会使命出发,强化协同合作,弥合责任分裂局面,可为现代人才多方培养机制树立典范;从教育使命出发,细化各个环节,消除形式化作风,可有效促成多方共赢目标的实现。

We have scored a great achievement in the work of working practice of teachers'university studentsin China,but under the updated conception we still need to improve and deepen the work from three aspects.Firstly,in order to promote the sustainable development of the work,we should start from historical mission,stepup our understanding and improve our working attitude.Secondly,we should start from the social mission,strengthen coordination and cooperation,and improve the situation of responsibility division so as to set examplesfor modern personnel training.Finally,we should start from educational mission,refine every linkage,andeliminate the formalized working style to effectively help realize the win-win objective.
