摘要 经1988~1989年,在江西赣州(北纬25°51′、东经114°57′)引种甜高粱品种、连续二年三季田间试验和制糖研究所得初步结果如下: 1、基本探明了供试品种的生物学特性及产量。试验结果表明:甜高粱生育期短,经济与生物(茎秆)产量高,一年可种两季,秋植收刈期与甘蔗榨季相吻合; 2、经理化测定、其茎秆含糖份12.51%,(高的达16.56%)与传统的制糖工业原料—甘蔗相似,可制成结晶砂糖或糖浆,工艺简单; 3、综合利用效益好、颇具开发利用价值。 A field trail on the introduction of sweet sorghum to Ganzhou, Jiangxi (north latitude 25°51/, and east longitude 114°57') was carried out during three cropping seasons of 1988-1989. And the sugar-making from the crop was preliminary studied. The results turned out as follows; i). The bionomics and yield of sweet sorghum cultivars tested were basically made clear of. sweet sorghum had relatively a short developmental period, but with high econmic output and biomass (stem). The crop could be harvested twice in a year , and the harvest time of autumn-planting crop was just coincided with the press stage of sugarcane. ii). The testing result showed that sugar content in sweet sorghum stem was 12.51% (the highest 14.59% )which was almost the same as that of the traditional sugar-making row material-sugarcane. Yellow crystalline sugar or sugar paste could be produced from sweet sorghum stem with unsophisticated techniques. iii). It can bring great benefits to utilize sweet sorghum comprehensively, so that it is quite valuable to develop and use the crop.
