镜泊湖浮游植物多样性现状分析 被引量:6

摘要 2011年8月对镜泊湖浮游植物类群结构组成、优势类群及细胞密度进行了调查,结果表明镜泊湖浮游植物有8门,54种,种类最多的为绿藻门,共鉴定出20种,其次为蓝藻门和硅藻门,分别鉴定出13种;湖口、湖中和湖尾3断面浮游植物细胞密度分别为10.06×106个/L、6.01×106个/L和1.67×106个/L;优势的种类为蓝藻门的微小平裂藻、假鱼腥藻、罗氏藻,以及硅藻门的梅尼小环藻、钝脆杆藻,3断面中所占的比例均不相同;浮游植物多样性指数上游较高,中下游较低,说明镜泊湖水体质量存在一定的污染,应值得引起注意。 The phytoplankton community and its spatial distribution was investigated in Jingbo Lake in August 2011. The results showed that there were 54 species and varieties belonging to 8 phylum of phyto- plankton in Jingbo Lake. Cholorophyta was major in the phytoplankton community and 20 species were re- corded. Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta both had 13 species. The total cell density samples of hukou, huzhong and huwei were 10.06 X 106 cell/L. 6.01 X 106 cell/L and 1.67 X 106 cell/L respectively. Meris- mopedia tenuissima, Pseudanabaena sp. and Romeria sp. belonging to Cyanophyta and Cyclotella me- neghiniana and Fragilaria capucina belonging to Bacillariophyta were dominant species. The proportion in the three samples are not different from each other. Species diversity index of upstream was higher than that of the midstream and downstream, and it indicated that the water quality of Jingpo Lake was contami- nated by pollutants.
