摘要
以高速动车组用的600 kW异步牵引电动机为例,利用ANSYS软件作为分析计算工具,考虑电机运行过程中温升的影响作用,对异步牵引电动机额定运行工况和高功率运行工况下转子端环和护环进行了机械强度的有限元分析。重点考察了其强度、变形量变化对异步牵引电动机机座动力学特性的影响,为高速动车组的快速、稳定、安全运行提供了理论依据。
Taking the 600 kW asynchronous traction motor used in high-speed EMU (Electric multiple u- nit) as the example, using the ANSYS software, the mechanical strength of rotor end ring and retaining ring is analyzed under rated operating and exceed load operating, and the effects of working temperature are comprehensive considered in the process. Based on the analysis, the influences of strength and deform- ation on housing mechanical characteristics are investigated. The obtained conclusions could provide a the- oretieal reference for the high speed, stability, and safety operation of high-speed EMU.
