压缩机出口管线振动原因分析及减振改造 被引量:6

摘要 对齐鲁石化公司重点特护机组——氯碱厂环氧氯丙烷装置的丙烯回收压缩机的二段出口管线长期剧烈振动问题进行分析和研究,对其振动有关数据进行测量,并运用振动有关理论对这条管线系统的压力不均匀度、振动烈度、管路气柱共振、缓冲罐衰减效果、管道上的管件影响以及集气管等6个方面进行计算和分析,从中找出这条管道振动超标的主要原因,并提出相应的减振方案。 The article analyzed and searched the long-time severe vibration problem of the stage2 discharge piping of the propylene compressor in the ECH plant of the Chlor-Alkli Factory, which is important and specially protected machine in QiLu Petro-Chemical Company. The data of its vibration was measured, and six factors including unevenness of pressure of piping system, vibration intensity, gas-column resonance of piping, attenuating effect of buffer, effect of fittings and concentrating gas piping were calculated and analyzed with the revelant theory of vibration, so that the main reason of the piping vibration above standard was found and plan of decreasing vibration was succeeded.
