白介素-1β对抑郁症机制中海马神经再生影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 神经-内分泌-免疫网络是应激反应和抑郁症共同的病理生理基础,而脑内炎性白细胞因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)在其中发挥关键作用。研究表明:IL-1β可导致大鼠抑郁样行为并降低体内、外海马神经再生。海马神经细胞的损伤和再生障碍是抑郁症发病的重要因素。本文就IL-1β对海马神经再生的影响、与抑郁的关联性及其相关机制的研究进展作一综述。
