摘要
文中采用单管双向斩控式交流调压电路的可控型器件连接方式,减少了全控制型器件的数量,降低了成本,具有推广价值。在控制回路中通过滞环控制与三角波发生器结合的方式对IGBT实现通断控制。最后结合电路计算与仿真的结果进行对比验证仿真的准确性。
This paper proposed an AC/AC chopping circuit based on a single power transistor in conjunction with four power diodes,which effectively reduce the quantity if devices,and decreases the cost,and has important value.In the control system what drives the IGBT is that triangle generator combines with relay.And accuracy of the result is confirmed by calculation compared with simulation results.
