摘要
以自制的固体杂多酸盐催化剂TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 催化酯化合成α 萘乙酸甲酯 ,产品酯含量≥ 99.0 % ,收率 98.6% .发现该杂多酸盐催化剂对催化酯化合成α 萘乙酸甲酯具有较高的催化活性 ,并具有合成工艺简单、催化剂容易回收且可多次重复使用等特点 .适宜的反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比为 1 0∶1 ,催化剂用量为 6% (以α 萘乙酸质量计 ) ,反应温度为 64 .5~ 68.5℃ ,反应时间 3h .
A new method of preparing methyl \%α\% naphthylacetate using TiSiW\-\{12\}O\-\{40\}/TiO\-2 as a catalyst was described, ester content was ≥99.0 %, yield was 98.6 %. This catalyst showed many advantages, for example, it can decrease the corrosion of equipment and the pollution in the environment, and has higher ester ification and selectivity. The treating products is simplified and the catalyst may be used repeatedly. The reaction conditions recommended are that molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 10∶1, amount of catalyst is 6 % of 1\|naphthaleneacetic acid, reaction temperature is 64.5~68.5 ℃ and reaction time is 3 h.
