碳金融市场发展的国际经验及对广州碳金融体系建立的借鉴意义

The International Development Experience of Carbon Financial and Reference for Building the Carbon Financial Market System in Guangzhou

《京都协议书》的签署,打开了低碳经济发展的新篇章。而随着低碳经济的不断发展,势必要求有与之相适应的碳金融体系。中国作为目前碳排放量第二大国,如何在这个新兴市场占据主导权,将极大地影响我国经济的转型和发展。论文从碳金融产生的理论和意义出发,通过研究碳金融市场发展的国际经验,并在此基础上结合广州现阶段碳金融市场的发展现状,提出对广州建立碳金融体系的借鉴意义。

The signing of the Kyoto Protocol opens a new chapter in the development of low-carbon economy. The development of low-carbon economy will require a carbon financial market system. China, as the second carbon emissions country, how to occupy an important role in this emerging market will great influence its economic restructuring and development. This paper will start from carbon financial theory and its significance, by research the international experience of the carbon financial market, and analyze the development of Guangzhou carbon financial. At last it gives some suggests about building the carbon financial market system in Guangzhou.
