摘要
随着油田开发进入高含水后期,为满足细分注水层段逐渐增多的需求,研究设计了大通道逐级解封可洗井封隔器。该封隔器通过对坐封、解封及洗井机构进行理论计算并设计新的结构,很好地解决了现有封隔器的缺点,为油田现阶段油层细分注水工艺的实施,提供了有力的技术保障。应用大通道逐级解封可洗井封隔器可有效控制油层注水,提高剩余油挖潜效果,使用过程中取得了明显的经济效益。
With oilfield development entering into the high water-cut stage, wash-able well packer with large channel releasing gradually in order to meet the demend of subdivision water injection layers increasing gradually is researched and designed. The packer is a good solution to the existing packer's shortcomings, and provide the power- ful technical support for oilfield reservoir subdivision water injection process at the present stage, through theoretical calculating and designing new structureg for the sitting seal, deblocking and well washing mechanism. The applica- tion of washable well packer with large channel releasing gradually can effectively control the water injection and improve the effect of tapping the potential of remaining oil, obtaining obvious economic benefits in the process of using it.
