摘要
用硫酸氢钠与硫酸相结合共同催化水杨酸与异戊醇进行酯化反应;合成了水杨酸异戊酯。方法简单、效果良好。研究了影响产率的反应因素和催化剂的重复使用性能。得出如下结论:当水杨酸、异戊醇和硫酸氢钠的物质的量比为1∶3∶0.65,硫酸4滴,回流分水200 min,酯收率达84.1%。
The sodium bisulfate and the combination of concentrated sulfuric acid and salicylic acid catalyzed esterification of isoamyl alcohol, isoamyl salicylate were synthesized. Simple and effective are presented. This ex- periment studied the effects of yield response factors and reuse of the catalyst performance, conclusions: When sali- cylic acid, isoamyl alcohol and sodium hydrogen sulfate molar ratio of 1 : 3:0. 65, 4 drops of concentrated sulfuric acid, refluxing 200 min, ester yield of 84. 1% is obtained.
