摘要
反应过程的优化设计是化工过程开发与设计的重要研究领域。本研究从认识反应动力学特性入手 ,提出了基于目标函数瞬时值的导数 ,确定最优反应工艺的方法。作者将反应体系分为三类 ,对其中的第一类即简单反应体系进行了分析。给出了drdCA与最优反应器类型之间的关系判据 ,分析了 drdCA与进料条件的关系。对几种典型的简单反应 ,分析了其最优网络结构。
The optimization design of reaction processes is a part of the most important research in chemical process design. This paper begins with reaction kinetics' specific, and proposes an approach to optimization of reaction technology based on the derivative of instantaneous values of objective function. Reaction systems are divided into three types, in which the first type, the simple reaction system is addressed in this work. The relation criterion between d r d C A and optimal reactor type is presented. Meantime the relation of d r d C A to feed condition is analyzed. The optimal network structure of several typical simple reaction systems is addressed. The conclusion illustrates the briefness and credibility of above mentioned method and contributes to the optimiztaion design of reaction processes.
