摘要
本文总结了智能建筑的能耗调查数据,分析了造成智能建筑能耗偏高的主要原因,并针对各种原因探讨了实现智能建筑节能功效的技术措旋,包括定期校正传感器、在线故障检测与诊断、使用节能控制策略,即充分利用自然冷源、避免冷热抵消、优化运行参数。
The article summarizes investigated energy consumption data of intelligent buildings and analyzes the reasons that cause high energy consumption in intelligent buildings. The technologies that can ensure the energy efficiency of intelligent buildings are discussed, including periodical sensor accuracy check, online fault detection and diagnosis, energy efficient control strategies utilization, i.e. free cooling utilization, prevention of the counteraction of heating and cooling, optimization of control parameters.
