University library＇s work-study program is beneficial to not only upgrading library＇s management and service but also easing the financial strain of students.This paper expounds the significance of carrying out the work-study program in university library,introduces the contents of work-study program,and in the light of some problems existing in university library＇s work-study program,puts forward some measures for strengthening the management of work-study program and promoting the benign development of the work-study program.
