全员育人理念下高校图书馆读者宣传教育工作的研究与实践——以嘉兴学院图书馆为例

The Research and Practice of University Library's Propagation and Education for Readers under the Concept of the Education by All Staff——Taking the Library of Jiaxing University as an Example

针对高校图书馆存在的宣传工作效果不佳、资源利用率不高、育人功能有限等问题,指出读者参与宣传工作是高校图书馆实现育人功能的有效途径,提出从学生社团、实践教学、特色活动、公寓链接、校内外媒体等方面入手,构建全方位宣传教育网络,以实现图书馆的育人功能的建议。

In the light of the problems existing in university library such as the bad effect of propaganda work,the lower utilization ratio of resources,and the limited educational function,etc.,this paper points out that readers＇ participating in the propaganda work is an effective way to realize the educational function of university library,and puts forward the suggestion on establishing an all-around propaganda education network for realizing library＇s educational function from aspects of the student community,practical education,featured activities,apartment link,and media on and off campus,etc.
