摘要
针对杜儿坪矿副斜井斜坡防跑车装置存在的缺陷,对其进行了改装,即在原有的KHG7型防跑车保护装置的基础上再安装一套缓冲式挡车器,保证电动提升挡车栏在停止斜井运输工作时处于常闭状态。通过缓冲式挡车器和KHG7型斜井防跑车安全保护装置联合使用,在发生跑车事故时对野车进行二次拦截,减小副斜井跑车事故的破坏程度。
The anti-derailing device in Du'erping Coal Mine's auxiliary inclined shaft was modified according to its existing defects,that was to re-install a set of buffered stopping devices on original KHG7-type anti-derailing device for guaranteeing that the electric lifting stopping baluster buffer was in normal close when the inclined shaft transportation was stopped.The combined use of buffered stopping device and KHG7-type anti-derailing device can make the second intercept for the wild mine cars in the case of derailing accident to decrease the severity of derailing accident in auxiliary inclined shaft.
