本文以锆铁红颜料为基础 ,通过实验证明以CeO2 、V2 O5为外加剂有利于颜料正常呈色 ,XRD、DTA、XPS测试表明 ,CeO2 、V2 O5可降低ZrSiO4 的合成温度 ,促进着色晶体形成。从电子构型分析 ,认为CeO2 、V2
The experiments in which the amounts of CeO 2 and V 2O 5 in IronZircon pink pigment was additive were arranged.It was shown that they were favourable for the colouration of the pigment.By test such as XRD、DTA、XPS etc,we disclosed CeO 2 and V 2O 5 could depress the temperature of systhesis and promote the formation of coloring crystal.By the analysis of electronic structure,it was known the main action of CeO 2 and V 2O 5 in the pigment was this element variable valence and electron spin induction displayed catalysis property.
