摘要
介绍了3步酸化的合成方法,并以此成功地合成了D<15nm的非晶二氧化硅微粒。讨论了3步酸化法合成D<15nm非晶二氧化硅微粒的实验和微粒产生的理论依据。
The synthetic method of acidification in turn for three steps has been introduced. The particle of amorphous silica with average particle diameter D <15 nm has been synthesized successfully by this method. Basis of the experimentation and theory for this method has been discussed.
