在全社会创建生态文明的背景下,煤炭企业需要转变发展模式,建设生态文明矿井。企业文化已成为推动煤炭企业可持续发展的内在动力。文章分析了煤炭企业构建企业新文化的必要性,提出生态文化、和谐文化的建设思路,以促进生态文明矿井的建设。
