摘要
采用碳酸盐转型—硝酸浸出—硫酸沉铅工艺处理炼铜烟灰浸铋渣。结果,铅浸出率97.39%;产出硫酸铅主品位>98%;三盐基硫酸铅含PbO>88%,SO_3>7.5%;渣率38.78%。
Bi -leaching sludge is treated by carbonate co verting -nitric acid leaching - sulfuric acid precipitating process. The results show that the rate of Pb - leaching 97. 39%, the grade of lead sulfate > 98% , lead sulfate, tribasic (PbO > 88%,SO3>7. 5%),the rate of sludge 38. 78%.
