炻器增白化高温釉下彩的研制

Study on High－ Temperature Underglaze Colors for Stoneware Whiting

在充分利用本地原料基础上，研制成功了炻器增白、高温釉下彩产品，确定了最佳增白化妆土、透明釉、调整剂的配方及工艺参数。并采用“浸浴法“使化妆土满足了炻器产品批量生产的要求，使产品白度和釉面质量、釉下彩呈色效果满足了客户要求。

On the basis of making full use of the local materials,we successfully study stoneware whiting and high－ temperature underglaze colors,determine the optimium recipe and technological parameter of whiting slip coating,transparent glaze and modifier. And we adopt dipping bath,which makes slip coating meeting the needs of stoneware batch process,makes the whiteness of products, the quality of glaze surface and the colour generation of underglaze painting meet the requirements of clients.
