摘要
为了试制常温电阻低、耐电性能好、电阻温度系数(α系数)大的高温 PTC陶瓷材料,通过对受主掺杂物硝酸锰和硅酸锰的比较试验,发现用硅酸锰作为受主掺杂物,能显著提高高温 PTC陶瓷材料的性能。
In order to trial- manufacture the high- temperature PTC ceramic materials with low room- temperature resistance,good current- resistance performance and big resistance- temperature coefficience,by meaiO 3ns of contradistinctivly comparing and contrasting the acceptor adulterant of Mn(NO 3)2 and MnSiO 3,we confirm that the Mn(NO 3)2 ,as an acceptor adulterant,can evidently improve the performance of high- temperature PTC ceramic materials.
