摘要
针对沸石吸附式制冷中沸石的脱附温度较高而限制了其应用范围 ,研究采用复合改性使其脱附温度降低 ,发现沸石分子筛复合材料能大幅度降低其脱附温度 ,制冷量和COP有较大的提高。在初步探讨了其吸附机理时指出 ,在过程中起决定作用的是弱吸附中心 ,而复合材料的弱吸附中心比沸石 1 3X增加了 90 %。
The application of zeolite in adsorption refrigeration is restricted by high desorption temperature. The investigation of desorption temperature decrease by composite modification is made. Zeolite molecular sieve composite material can greatly decrease desorption temperature and enhance refrigeration effect and COP. The article points out after a preliminary review of the adsorption mechanism that the weak adsorption center plays a decisive role in the process. The weak adsorption center of the composite material is 90% higher than zeolite 13X.
