摘要
采用均匀设计法对Na2 SO3 、pH值和蛋白质沉淀剂———YNB99 1在肝素钠纯化中去蛋白的优化配置进行了研究。结果表明 ,当Na2 SO3 浓度为 0 .0 7~ 0 .0 8mol/L ,蛋白质沉淀剂用量为 0 .5g/L ,pH为 3 .0~ 3 .2时 ,可以有效地去除杂蛋白 ,肝素钠的活性回收率可达 99%。
The optimization of Na 2SO 3 concentration, pH value and protein precipitator YNB99 1 dosage in heparin sodium purification is studied with the even design method. The results indicate that when the concentration of Na 2SO 3 is 0.07~ 0.08mol/L , the dosage of protein precipitator is 0.5g/L and the pH value is 3.0~3.2, impurity protein can be deleted effectively and the active yield of heparin sodium can reach 99%.
