Norms of State-run Translation Project:A Medio-Translatology Perspective

摘要国家机构在中国文学对外译介的过程中扮演着重要角色。在译介学视角下,国家机构的对外翻译包括本土的文本生产和域外的译本接受两个阶段。研究国家机构翻译规范就是研究制约文本生产的种种规范。它主要包括动机、过程与产品三个方面,体现了国家机构对外翻译规范的特点。国家机构翻译规范的研究能为中国文学更好地"走出去"提供参考和借鉴。 State agency plays an indispensable role in translating Chinese literature into foreign languages. From the per- spective of medio-translatology, translation the state agency can be divided into two phases, one of which is the production of translated texts, subject to binding norms in three aspects of motive, process and production. To study those norms can finally promote Chinese literature more globally in an efficient way.
