摘要
采用氢氧化铁吸附脱除硫酸盐溶液中的微量硅。结果表明,在下述优化条件下:反应温度60℃,终点pH=5.5,氧化剂双氧水用量2mL,反应时间60min,絮凝剂用量0.1g/L,溶液中锌、铁含量稳定,硅含量由10×10-6降至1×10-6左右。
Abstract:Trace silicic acid in sulfate liquor was purified with ferric hydroxide adsorption process. The re-sults show that the content of zinc and iron in liquor is 'stable, and the content of silicic acid is reduced to a-bout 1×10^-6 from 10×10^-6 under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 60 ℃, pH= 5.5, hydrogen peroxide dosage of 2 mL, reaction time of 60 min, and floeculant dosage of 0. lg/L.
